Big-Chic of Jackson Inc: Your Go-To Spot for Delicious Fried Chicken and More!

Let me just say that this new location is AMAZING! Been there three times since they have moved and the first two with no issues. The 3rd time there was a little mix up (with another customer not an employee) and the owner/manager went above and beyond to make things right for me. I will definitely continue to eat here. Side note: Please be mindful at lunchtime as it is rush hour in Jackson lol so there will be a little wait time lol.

Great new location. Highly recommend. Staff were amazing. Health score at posting 100. Would recommend and go back again. Nothing but good people in the building. Stop in and have you some good fried chicken and crinkle cut fries. That pink lemonade is on point .

Owners will check-up on you and see how you like everything. Food is amazing the quantity is amazing for its price. Even they don’t have a sign out front I would say they don’t need it since everyone knows this is the spot.

Here from Chicago. So if is one thing I know it's Fried Chicken. We always have the Harold's Vs Uncle Remus debate constantly. I also love Gus's in Tennessee. I have to give backstory so you understand that I know what good Fried Chicken taste like. Big- Chic has a recipe that tastes exactly like Fried Chicken we cooked at home when I was a kid. I wasn't expecting that. Hush puppies taste like heaven. I'm just upset we are only here for one day. Plan on coming back here when we come back to Flovilla. I only tasted Chicken and Fish. I'm still hooked.

I just finished my meal I received from here and it was absolutely amazing. The burger was cooked to the perfect texture while keeping the juicyness of the meat just making this one of the best burgers in Jackson. The service was better than most as the lady at the drive through was extremely nice and apologetic when the wait was bit longer than usual but in the end it was completely worth the extra few minutes in my opinion. Definitely will come back more often after the experience

Friendly staff, nice variety on menu. Prices a little higher than expected. Overall, food was pretty good, sizable portions. Chicken wasn't freshly fried but still ok. Chicken livers very fresh, wings pretty good and fries ok. Pepsi very weak mix, skip the soft drinks, get the sweet tea instead. Service was pretty slow. Still a

New Indoor Location since March 23, 2025, Plenty of seating, spacious dining room, and friendly staff. Drive thru window is not open today. If you have time, dine in to beat the heat.

As usual this place is a go-to for me. This time I didn't even get a chicken sandwich, I got their catfish plate and it was also amazing! 2 huge pieces of catfish, plus fries hush puppies and coleslaw. Their fish is battered and fried to perfection, this meal will fill you up and you'll still have some leftovers. The only thing I can say bad about this visit is the air conditioning was not working inside. It's currently 94° F, in Georgia and it was even hotter in here. Plus the soda fountain was messing up so I had to get tea, but even with all that considered I still give this place a great review because of the quality of their food!
